"I called in a few weeks ago and spoke with Kayla advising her that my app was saying that I was behind it was showing double charges and I paid my bill on time so I was confused. She stated it was probably a glitch in the system and she would have someone call me back. I never received a call back. I called in today because my bill was doubled and I wanted to know why and she stated that Adrian would give me a call back she was rushing me off the phone and barely hearing my question. I told her she told me someone would call me before and could she ensure I would receive a call back . I also asked if I could speak to a manager and she said they wouldn’t be in till Monday. Adrian called me back and as I’m explaining to her what my issue is she just keep repeating I’m going to email u the balance and that I missed a payment and I’m trying to explain to her that my records show that I haven’t. My bill is due on the 28th of each month and I usually pay in the middle of the month. She was not hearing me and being very rude after becoming frustrated at the poor customer service and not being able to get my issue resolved I was put on speaker phone where another person claimed to be the manager (a female) when Kayla told me all manager was unavailable and not in till Monday. She proceeded to be rude and they started to laugh and talk amongst each other as I’m speaking. I asked could I go to a State Farm office and speak to someone in person and Adrian got smart and said so I’m not a person. Matt Frye is the person who got me and my family to come to State Farm he was always very respectful and helpful. It’s unfortunate that I have been with them for 2 yrs and he has disrespectful and rude people working at his office. I refuse to give money to a business that doesn’t respect or value me as a customer. The staff makes the company look bad and I truly wonder do he know how his staff represents him in his absence."

So we started searching for another company who we could trust not to gouge us again! Spoke we Caleb today had many questions which he gladly answered and was very nice doing so! "0 Stars.......CAUTION! I was quoted at the beginning of August by Kayla from this office, I received a competitive quote which I accepted and paid in full. 30 days later...... I received a call and letters in the mail telling me that the office made a "mistake" in quoting me. They had a multi-policy discount in my quote when I was only having one vehicle insured. They stated that I had to pay almost triple my current rate or my policy would be canceled in 9 days..... Tried to call and resolve this issue, as a company should own their mistakes and not take it out on the customer. Only to be told by Kayla and manager Joel, that I had to either pay almost triple or they would cancel my policy. They tried to extort me out of a lot more money due to their mistake, just to stay with their company. Informed me they have 60 days in which they can freely adjust quotes and try to extort people out of more money even if you already paid in full. They obviously do not care about their customers if this is how they treat new clients. I would NOT recommend this office or company to anyone. I will be sharing this with everyone I know to ensure nobody is given the same treatment. Don't fall for their SCAM! If reading this, You have been WARNED!"
