He ran numbers for us, walked us through them, and ever since has been there to find deductions/savings, explain the inflationary hikes, and to answer our policy questions plus anything else we throw his way. He is patient, kind, and offers suggestions that can be helpful to us, even putting together a spreadsheet for us with the options.
